We do not collect, see, store, sell, or share any personal
information. The app has no servers and no analytics.
Where your information lives
- All settings and your child's progress are stored on your
devices and synced through your own Apple iCloud
account. We have no access to it.
- If you link the watch with a watch code (needed
when the watch uses its own Apple ID, as with Family Setup), the
settings, daily progress and memorized surahs are also kept in
Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) storage for this app, encrypted on
your device with a key made from your code. Only devices
that know the code can read it; we cannot. You can delete it any time
in the iPhone app (Watch code → Stop syncing and delete synced
data).
- Contacts and phone numbers you enter stay on your devices and in
your iCloud (encrypted, as above, if you use a watch code). They are used only so the watch can call or message
those numbers.
- Voice notes recorded on the watch stay on the watch.
- Location is used on the device to calculate prayer
times and the Qibla, and to show the child in your own Find My. It is
never sent to us.
Children's privacy
This app is designed to be used by children under the supervision of a
parent, who sets it up and controls it. We do not knowingly collect any
data from anyone, including children. We show no third-party advertising
and include no third-party analytics or tracking.
Apple services & your carrier
Syncing uses Apple iCloud and, for calls and messages, your mobile
carrier. Their handling of data is governed by Apple's and your carrier's
own privacy policies.
